Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Lapsed ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Lapsed is a days since tracker application that allows you to track how long it has been since events and activities. The App is available in a free tier and a paid Pro subscription tier.

Subscriptions

Lapsed Pro is available as a monthly subscription ($3.99/month), annual subscription ($39.99/year), or a one-time lifetime purchase ($49.99). Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.

Auto-Renewal

Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings.

Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, it will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the subscription.

Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies.

User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in the App (items, categories, notes). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App's systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality for others

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and branding, is the intellectual property of the developer. The Lapsed name, logo, and visual design are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Service Availability

We strive to keep the App available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or website.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
